David,

I can understand that you had to cancel the tour. I'm fine with that.

What I am NOT fine with is that the guys at PhotoPress Production took my money, promised me a reimbursement and, after two months, have stopped replying to my emails and phone calls.

I also sent you an email, but evidently you did not receive it, or forgot about it.

What should I do to get my money back?

Ugo

Hi Ugo: I never did see your email, I'm very sorry. This whole thing has turned into a big mess. I have been contacted by several people experiencing the same situation.

I have been in contact with PhotoPress several times in recent weeks regarding this situation.

I was contacted by a student named Sean: May 4, 2011
Hi David,

Thank you for your mail.

No, PhotoPress has not returned my money.
I have given them the opportunity to do so by sending them a Money Request via PayPal, but they have ignored this so far as well as my recent emails to them.

Regards,

Sean

David,

Thanks for sending that and for supporting me in trying to get my money back.
I suspected this might be the case, i.e. Daniel’s company going under (— not very surprising).

Regards,

Sean

Dear David,

I'm sorry to bother you with this situation but I've been in contact with Daniel for the refund and they seem to be having some kind of problems with it.

Just wanted to let you know that I was promised a 30 day refund for the pre-paid workshop here in Lisbon and up until today nothing was refunded. Promises and promises but no refund whatsoever.

Could you please let me know if you were aware of this situation?

Do you know when PhotPress will be starting the refund as I think they had more than enough time to refund.

Once again thank you for your time.

With my best regards,

Rui

Dear Daniel: Once again I have been contacted by a workshop student that is still waiting for their refund. If this is not taken care of, I will write a post on my blog that will ground you to the ground. I will never work with you again. DT

I know its a scandal, and a big shame for us that we were unable to refund the workshop fee within 30 days. We are working on it an please give us a little more time, and we ask for patience, its no doubt that everyone will be paid back. I dont explain the reason why because who cares..

I just want to inform you that please trust us and we can arrange it soon

And a big sorry for David Tejada to put him this embarassing situtation L Delay is only our responsibilty, not David.

Regards,
Daniel

I just don't know what to say Ugo, please send me another email to david@tejadaphoto.com so I can stay in touch with you.

I hope that PhotoPress will take care of this matter soon. DT
